Adam Smedley Chief Operating Officer
With a BSc in Theoretical Physics from King’s College London, where I worked on renewable energy research on quantum dot solar cells/energy for renewable energy advancements.
I lead teams to deliver excellence, including our recent installation of our insulation on the steam turbine made by GE (General Electric) at Malaysia's Manjung 4 Steam Power Plant.
My approach is proactive and innovative, driven by a belief in dreaming big and making bold ideas a reality.
My goal is clear: to lead the insulation industry with cutting-edge solutions and expand globally into oil & gas, petrochemical, maritime, and beyond. I’m building a future where our expertise sets the standard worldwide.
Timbul Pardamean Siregar Insulation & Production Manager
Bringing over 13 years of expertise in insulation and project management. My experience spans multiple countries in Asia, including extensive offshore assignments, and I’ve been involved in surveying, measuring sites, and their equipment since the early 2000s.
Notably, I contributed to the Belanak Natuna project for ConocoPhillips in 2004 and have since led teams of hundreds to manufacture thousands of insulation covers. My leadership and hands-on approach ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Stephen Charles Tucker Business Advisor
With over 37 years at Parvalux Electric Motors Ltd in Bournemouth, England, I built extensive expertise in quality assurance, business improvement, health and safety, and cost-effective supply sourcing. Starting in 1972, I progressed through various roles, becoming an internal Quality Systems Auditor in 1988, a Lead Assessor, and eventually the Director of Operations in 2000. My career included significant international experience, working in Europe, China, and India to optimize operations and implement global standards.
A member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), formerly the Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA), for over 20 years, I actively participated in monthly meetings and delivered talks and lectures to share industry insights. My expertise spans BS7229 and ISO 9001 quality systems, COSHH compliance, EMC directives, TQM for efficiency and cost reduction, Lean Thinking, and certification for UL and CSA under the NRTL/c scheme. I also gained hands-on experience designing diecast and plastic components for electric motors.
In addition to my work at Parvalux, I contributed to PT Damurin by setting up ISO 9001 standards, managing manufacturing operations, and training workers for offshore deployment to East Timor. My career reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and mentoring others in the pursuit of quality and efficiency.
