    - Commonly used on boilers, furnaces, and high-temperature pipes

    Low-Temperature Insulation Covers

    - Designed to maintain or stabilize cooler temperatures

    - Used for chilled water lines, HVAC systems, and refrigeration units

    Dual-Purpose Insulation (Hot & Cold)

    - Provides both high-temperature resistance and low-temperature stability

    - Ideal for equipment with temperature fluctuations or seasonal shifts

    Flexible Thermal Insulation Covers

    - Highly adaptable and made from flexible materials for hard-to-reach or irregular shapes

    - Used on machinery or components with complex geometries, like valves and flanges

    Removable Heat Shields

    - Specifically designed to shield adjacent areas or equipment from extreme heat

    - Common around high-temperature exhausts, engines, and turbines

    Radiant Heat Reflective Insulation

    - Outer layers are designed to reflect radiant heat away from the surface

    - Often used in high-temperature environments where direct heat exposure is an issue

Steam Trap and Condensate Insulation Covers

    - Tailored for steam systems to prevent heat loss at steam traps and condensate lines

    - Helps improve steam system efficiency and energy conservation

  • Acoustic Insulation Blankets

    - Made from sound-absorbing materials to reduce noise levels

    - Commonly used around compressors, pumps, and fans

    Vibration-Damping Covers

    - Designed to reduce both noise and vibrations from equipment

    - Ideal for machinery with frequent or strong vibrations, like generators and turbines

    Soundproofing Jackets

    - High-density insulation wraps to block sound transmission

    - Used in noise-sensitive areas or equipment rooms to contain sound

    Pipe and Duct Acoustic Insulation

    - Specialized insulation for piping and ductwork to minimize noise from fluid flow or air movement

    - Common in HVAC systems and industrial piping

    Engine and Exhaust Acoustic Insulation

    - High-temperature blankets that provide both thermal and acoustic protection for engines and exhausts

    - Used in automotive, marine, and industrial engines to dampen noise

    Acoustic Panel Covers

    - Flexible sound-dampening covers for walls or partitions in industrial settings

    - Helps reduce overall ambient noise in equipment rooms or noisy workspaces

    Outdoor Noise Barrier Covers

    - Weather-resistant acoustic blankets for outdoor equipment

    - Used to reduce noise from outdoor machinery like chillers, HVAC units, and industrial fans

Ceramic Fibre Insulation Blanket

Made from alumina-silica, ceramic fibers are designed for high-temperature insulation (up to 1,600°C or 2,912°F). They are lightweight, have low thermal conductivity.

Mineral Wool

Also known as rock wool or stone wool, this insulation is made from natural or recycled stones, which are melted and spun into fibers. It is fire-resistant, provides good thermal and acoustic insulation, and is commonly used in building insulation and soundproofing.

Calcium Silicate

Composed of silica and lime, calcium silicate is primarily used for high-temperature insulation (up to around 1,200°C or 2,192°F) and as a structural fireproofing material. It is known for its strength and durability, often used in industrial applications like pipe insulation and boiler insulation.
